Moderator: Kent Randell
Panelists: Leila Boyer, Rev. Dante’ Eubanks, Michael J. Mazzeo, Jr.
Experienced panelists from St. Mary's, Calvert, and Charles Counties will talk about their strategies for conducting genealogy research, both generally and locally. The second half of the session will be a workshop, where the panelists and moderator will be on hand to help people both get started with genealogy, as well as tackle some of those "dead ends" for those who have already started serious genealogy research. The session will be moderator by Southern Maryland Folklife Center co-director and St. Mary’s College of Maryland archivist, Kent Randell.
